Verified Trials some times can't start

Are there any conditions where a verified trial won’t start, if used from an organisation machine (possibly, with virtualisation)?
For example, if one user started a trial, should it always work for another user?
IP could be the same, and OS might be same/similar depending on how they manage their desktops there.
