Using custom license key

For my usecase, I may need to change the pattern used for license keys, so less characters are used. Reading the docs on license creation, it seems possible to set a custom license key for each new license that is generated.

Instead, is it possible to change how cryptlex auto-generates its license keys?

For simplicity I would like to continue relying on the key auto-generation, but just change the pattern used for the auto-generated keys.

You can set the key pattern in the license policy:

But since this option is not available through Dashboard, you need to use the Web API to update the license policy:
