1. Say I have an existing Product Key that allows 1 activation. If the User wants to install the App on a new computer, they will need to Deactivate the Key in order to free up the slot. Is this done by Deactivating the Key in the Dashboard (or Web Api)? If so, how long will it take to go into affect? My understanding is that it will take affect on the next scheduled server check.
