Update Offline System

Floating Licenses

Hi,

Can someone please advise the best practice to update an “offline” system where we are using hosted floating licenses? Online systems still pull any updates to the license automatically down to the system via server sync but I can’t see how to do this in an offline environment other than to deactivate the license and then go through the offline process to reactivate it? Is there no way to generate some sort of “offline update response” or something similar to send to customers who have an offline instance?

You will need to repeat the activation process.

Hi @AneesKhan thanks for clarifying I was concerned this was the case. Is there any plans to improve this process as it seems quite laborious?
