Hi,
We currently have a huge issue with activating our software in India. A colleague of mine is currently there giving some lectures on our software and the students have problems with activating.
First investigations have revealed that the activation request is processed on the Cryptlex servers, as we can see the activation count increase, but somehow the response isn’t arriving. We can use the same version from our office in Germany without problems.
Any ideas what might be happening there?
