How can I distinguish offline activation records from online activation records on the portal?

After activation, their is no technical difference between the two. To differentiate, you can set an activation metadata say, offline_activated with some truthy value like yes or true, before calling ActivateLicense() and GenerateOfflineActivationRequest() functions.
