LexActivator method for fetching all meter attributes of license

Hi o/

Currently, I am using LexActivator to manage license usage. Right now, I have to fetch all meter attributes of a license separately to gather information about the existence / usage.

I think it would be nice to have a new method which fetches all meter attributes from the current license in the LexActivator package.
