LA_E_RATE_LIMIT limit

I see this value in the list of possible status codes for the license status callback. What is this limit? And is this a limit per product, per activation, per client, or global for all Cryptlex users?

This exception is thrown when the rate limit for the Web API has been reached. Please refer to the Rate Limiting section of the Web API for more details.
