Issue with License Activation on New Device

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a new laptop and am trying to transfer my Cryptlex license to it. I deactivated the license on my old device but when I try to activate it on the new laptop I get an Activation Limit Exceeded error…

I made sure to follow the deactivation steps properly and I am using the same license key. Is there a specific waiting period before I can activate it on a new device…

I have already read this issues on this site :point_right: https://support.vector.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0012083&sys_kb_id=salesforce-vs-servicenow/ but i could not found any correct information.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue or am I missing something in the process. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as I need to get this up and running for my work. Thanks :pray: in advance.

Hi Jenny,

Did the license deactivation on old PC succeed? In the admin portal you can see the list of devices linked with the license. You can also delete the device (activation) from the portal.
