I recently bought a new laptop and am trying to transfer my Cryptlex license to it. I deactivated the license on my old device but when I try to activate it on the new laptop I get an Activation Limit Exceeded error…
I made sure to follow the deactivation steps properly and I am using the same license key. Is there a specific waiting period before I can activate it on a new device…
I have already read this issues on this site https://support.vector.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0012083&sys_kb_id=salesforce-vs-servicenow/ but i could not found any correct information.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue or am I missing something in the process. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as I need to get this up and running for my work. Thanks in advance.
