In the event of a program or computer crash it seems hosted floating per instance licenses are stuck until the lease duration is up. Is there anyway to get the number of activations of a particular machine and if it doesn’t align with the number of instance of the program open free the hung license?

You can check the number of activations for a specific machine directly on the Activations page in the Admin Portal by applying the relevant filters. Additionally, you can delete zombie activations from this page.
Please be aware that longer lease durations may result in extended periods of zombie licenses, which are only released once the client’s lease duration ends. To avoid this, consider setting a shorter lease duration and ensure the server sync less than 30 seconds of the lease duration.
