Is there a way to set the default number of allowed deactivations for new keys? The default number is 1, and the web interface doesn’t let me edit this at the product level. I have to edit each individual key, one at a time, which is very tedious.

The key has the highest priority, you can use the web api, call it programmatically in a for loop to update the default allowed activations.
The new dashboard, allows for this, so the problem will get solved eventually.
