Firewall block on syncing wiht Cryptlex server

Hi!
My client is trying to activate license with Cryptlex using Lexivator but he gets error code 5 = MESSAGE: Failed to connect to the server due to network error. He can connect to internet so this is probably because of connection blocked by client’s firewall. Could you please help what connection need to be allowed on firewall? It is Crytplex server of previous version (v2.x).

For Cryptlex v2 you need to whitelist cryptlex.com domain for port 80 and in case of v3 you need to whitelist api.cryptlex.com domain for port 443.
