Evaluating new licensing solutions

Hi,


We are evaluating new licensing solutions, and we would appreciate if
you could help us answer some questions.

Could you please reply with a list of the features below that you can
provide?

Offline capabilities:

  1. Lock to one physical machine
  2. Local floating network license with local license server
  3. Dongle (Hardware key)

Online capabilities:
4. Client user login with username and password
5. Client administrator can manage its own users and licenses
6. Logging of license usage
7. No need to open ports in firewall for users
8. License server hosted by us (not in the cloud)

Please also describe the method of implementation with our software. We
are using C++. (Encapsulation, library, reference implementations, …)

Following is the requested feature list:

Offline capabilities:
1. Lock to one physical machine - Yes (By default)

3. Dongle (Hardware key) - No

Online capabilities:
4. Client user login with username and password - Yes - https://cryptlex.com/features/dashboard
5. Client administrator can manage its own users and licenses - Yes
6. Logging of license usage - Yes - https://cryptlex.com/help/extra-data
7. No need to open ports in firewall for users - Yes (But for Floating licenses depends on the port)
8. License server hosted by us (not in the cloud) - No - You can have a private instance but it will be in cloud and managed by us.
    Please also describe the method of implementation with our software. We are using C++. (Encapsulation, library, reference implementations, …)
