Hi, I need to send an automatic email every time a new license is created and/or activated.
The email recipient must be our administrative office (no email must be sent to the customer).
How can I accomplish this?

We have recorded your feedback and will consider it when ideating a notification system for account owners, however, we cannot assure you that this feature will be built.
At the moment, to trigger automated emails to an email address that you own without sending an email to your customer about the same is to use webhooks.
