Disable clock validation not saving

I have a user on windows 11 who is having clock synchronization issues and unable to activate their license. As a temporary work around I have tried to disable clock validation under their license settings. I save this but when I close the license settings and reopen then it automatically is unchecked again.

Clock validation can be disabled only for perpetual licences. If it is a subscription based licence you can put a larger value in AllowedClockOffset property of the licence.
