Our current plan includes 1000 activations. Does this mean 1000 “active” activations (activated licenses) or 1000 “total” activations (activation actions)? As part of the implementation of the Cryptlex paradigm, I have been doing a ton of testing, and have activated and deactivated some licenses multiple times. I fear that I may be digging into our total allotment of activations, if each activation is counted as a separate instance. Also, is this 1000 activations per year, or forever?

It means you can license 1000 (machines) in total. If you deactivate a license, it frees up a machine.
