Cryptlex Portal not working for multiple customers

Hi Adnan,

We have multiple customers emailing with the same symptom:

When I click on the link, I get a loading screen that doesn’t move or change.

However, everything has been working fine for us (staff) and no reports from most customers.

Any insight you can share?

I guess they just need to reload the page once and it will work fine.
