I need to delete one of the admin users from our cryptlex portal.
However this admin was the one who set up the webhooks, that serve integration to our order and payment systems.
Is it safe to delete the admin user?
Or will this have an impact on the webhooks that they set up?

Deleting the user will not delete any of the changes they have made. You can safely proceed with deleting the user.
Just ensure that you are not using the access tokens created by that user in any script as that will delete the personal access tokens created by that user too.
