What are the scenarios where we should consider changing the default value (60 seconds) of allowedClockOffset. I’m asking because we have a customer who is having this issue when trying to activate a license, but I’m not sure to know how to resolve the issue.

error code returned is 47
If your customers clock on the machine is lagging by say 300s then set the value of allowedClockOffset to atleast 300s. Only change this value for specific licenses where you client doesn’t have the correct time on the machine.
