Cryptlex License Activation message

We are using the Cryptlex licensing tool for our Windows application. The license can be activated in both online and offline modes.

During the initial installation, the license is set and activated successfully. However, after some time, when the user continues to use the application and later reopens it, Cryptlex prompts them to enter the license key again—even though the license is still valid.

We are unsure why this issue is occurring and would appreciate your help in debugging and identifying the root cause.

Could you please share the exact error code or message returned by the IsLicenseGenuine() function when the application is restarted?

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could confirm the permission flag used in the SetProductId() function, along with the type of license being implemented.
