Offline Hosted Floating license grace period and syn interval

What should be the grace period and sync interval for offline hosted floating license? I issued an offline license for the period of 90 days and set sync internal and grace period same (90 days), but started getting LA_GRACE_PERIOD_OVER error after 18 days of the license activation.

Hi Akif,

This could have occurred due to two reasons.

1- You may have updated the grace period after offline activation.

2- The clock on the customers machine is incorrect.

For offline activations we recommend infinite grace period, which can be set by setting the grace period to zero. Server sync interval can be set to any value, though a larger value is recommended.
