Grace period after deactivation

Hi

If a license is deactivated, what attributes or properties do I need to configure (I guess at the policy level?) in order to have a 30-days grace period?

Is license deactivated server side or client side?

Grace period property is only for server sync failure, once the license is deactivated it is removed from the client machine.
