I want two licensing modes. Developers and Release. Developers license comes with extra bit of features along with basic one. Release license is where I can have control on each release made by the user i.e where the vendor can charge user for his each release.

You have two options either you create multiple versions for your product in the dashboard or use custom license fields - https://cryptlex.com/help/custom-fields
