Webhook source (offline usage)

Is webhooks can be triggered by a LexFloatServer server? Or only by the Cryptlex server (cryptlex.com or Cryptlex On-Premise)?
I.e. can we use webhooks without access to the Cryptlex server.
Case: LexFloatServer + offline floating license + no internet access.

LexFloatServer does not support webhooks, however, are only supported for Cryptlex Server and Cryptlex On-Premise.
