Extending non-activated licenses with delayed expiration strategy

Hi!

I’m using licenses with the “delayed” expiration strategy, which means the expiration date only gets set the moment the license was first activated. Is there a way to extend such a license, before it was ever activated?

E.g.

1. user buys a 1-year license
2. user decides to upgrade it to 3 years (before it was activated)

You just need to renew it twice. When it gets activated, it will show expiration date of 3 years from date of activation.

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. Is there some field where this is indicated? E.g. can we find out that there was a renewal done (before activation)?

Currently, it is not displayed but we are planning improvements in subscription so in near future you will.
