LAST SYNCED AT Property does not update in UWP app

Hi,
I understand that the LAST SYNCED AT gets updated every time the app starts, with my container (UWP) app it does not happen,
how do I force that property to update?

Functions such as isLicenseGenuine do not update the value.

as a side note my UWP app runs in runFullTrust and there are no problems to activate /activate trial

The update happens within 3 secs, if your app exits before that then it won’t.
